"I just want to educate people on how great cheese is!"

Was my response when asked why I was at a week long cheesemaking intensive in rural Victoria in 2024. Amongst a group of cheesemakers, dairy farmers, food scientists and then there is me, because I fkn love cheese!

The passion has grown from starting workplace cheese clubs, working for a large scale producer in the Adelaide Hills, some home cheesemaking, attending said class at Long Paddock Cheese and now a quest to taste and share as many artisan Aussie cheese as I can. Cheese is as unique as wine and should be celebrated as such.
